Forum Summary: The Impact of Immigration on Social Security and the National Economy

On September 7, 2005 the Social Security Advisory Board convened two panels of demographers, economists and immigration experts to examine the long-range impact of immigration on Social Security and the national economy. The Forum was divided into two sessions, one on measurement and projection, and the other on managing global migration.
